Academic Advisor
The academic advisor is a faculty member, assigned by the Academic Guidance Committee, and is the person responsible for the task of academic guidance for a group of male and female students in supervising and guiding the student during his academic studies, and is the first assistant in guiding students to choose the courses that qualify them to study the specialization they wish to study, and that are consistent with their capabilities and abilities.
Objectives of the Academic Guidance Committee:
Providing various types of academic guidance services to college students.
Establishing a clear policy for academic guidance systems, rules, organization and procedures.
Issuing regulations specific to academic guidance to clarify its rules, systems, organization and procedures.
Preparing a system to review guidance systems and work on developing them continuously.
Preparing a plan to train advisors and evaluate their performance.
