The Information Technology at the Faculty of Computer and Informatics is committed to the following rules:
- E-mail address activation for students and academic staff members.
- Supervision on faculty's portal.
- Usage of information technology in supporting the educational process.
- Organizing training courses for academic staff members to raise their awareness of information technology and communication.
- Periodical maintenance.
- Provide open Wi-Fi access for students and academic staff members internally and externally.
- Solve all issues related to the university system network in coordination with the administrative information system center, E-learning center, and Digital transformation project in libraries.
- Check the faculty's printers and computers.
